Guaranteed..
There is no need to worry that your house may not be cleaned just the way you want it to be. If you are not at home when our maids perform our regular cleaning service, you will be protected by our 24-hours' satisfaction guarantee. We promise to correct it by returning at the earliest possible moment, without a bit of hassle.
Insured..
We cover the Workers' Compensation Insurance, so if our maids have any accidents at your home, we will have the Workers' Compensation to cover the medical expenses of our maids. Our customers do not have to worry about it.
Materials..
We supply all the cleaning materials and cleaning equipment that are required.
Custody of the Key..
We do keep keys for our customers. So you do not need to wait at your home for the cleaning and kill time with our cleaners. When you entrust us with your house key, we use a proven lockbox system to safeguard the security of your home.
Breakage Compensation..
Of course, we're very careful with your belongings, but it is good to know you are protected against loss and/or breakage that may occur while we clean your home. This compensation is not suitable for the Hourly Plan Subscribers.
